PASTOR: Rich JensenI grew up in Portland Oregon where the new motto for the city is “Keep Portland Weird”. Despite the motto I was deeply blessed to know Christ at a young age and in the midst of me making the wrong choices God continued to put the right people in my way to love and encourage me. After meeting my beautiful bride we both left PDX and a new chapter of life began together. God has given me so many great places throughout the country to grow and share His love to others. 3 beautiful girls later we received a call to serve in Marshfield WI . I am so excited to lead some of the greatest people I have ever had a chance to work with. If you are spiritual searching for an adventure with Christ or going deeper in your faith, please feel free to email me or call the church office to set up a time to meet.Be blessed,Pastor RichEmail: pastorrich@calvarybibleonline.netLeadership responsibilities: Senior Pastor, Communicate the Heart of God, being Christ hand extended, develop leader and Loving central Wisconsin in a practical way that shines Him.Spouse: Tina Children: Tabitha, Priscilla and BellagraceWhat is God teaching me?: God is teaching we are all helpless and harassed in our souls apart from Him.(Matt. 9:35 -38) I am most fulfilled in life when I am right with Christ.Wisdom/Quote: "There are those who hate Christianity and call their hatred an all-embracing love for all religions." KIDS ChurchSunday morning, during the adult worship service, children from K grade through 4th grade have a worship service geared for their age level in the gym. We are about to finish a one year curriculum called Who's Who In Christianity, published by Gospel Light. We studied the lives of the mighty men and women of God.We start with prayer and a time of singing. Each week we focus on a Scripture passage. The intro is a brief object lesson which introduces the central truth of the passage. Next is a memory verse taught in a unique and memorable way. We rotate using puppets, DVD clips and skits to reinforce the truth of the Scripture passage. There is a game which ties in with the lesson and a “Today's Life Story” which applies the lesson to their daily lives. Each week an offering is taken. We have emphasized that the children should give of their own means as a way of worshiping the Lord. This year we sent some of our offerings to help the victims of Haiti .KID's church is led by many adults and teens who use their God given gifts and abilities. Some of the ways that they serve is by leading music, using puppets, doing skits, teaching, leading games, and running the sound and video equipment.KIDS Church Director, Cathi Kleckner

Our Values:1. Bible Teaching and Preaching: We believe that the Spirit filled teaching and preaching of God's Word is the primary catalyst to transform people's lives. For this reason, the teaching, preaching, and modeling of God's inspired Word are central in our church and lives.2. Loving Atmosphere: Jesus said, “By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” What God wants our church to be known for is not our building, not the preaching, nor the programs. Rather, He wants us to be known for our love. We want to cultivate an atmosphere where people—from the time they step on our church parking lot—will experience the love of Christ in our midst.3. Small Groups: We believe that everyone in the church should have Christian friends who genuinely know them, love them and encourage them to grow. For this reason, we are committed to a vital small group community.4. Evangelism and Missions: Jesus told His followers, “You will be my witnesses in Jerusalem , and Judea and Samaria , and to the uttermost parts of the earth.” We are committed to equip the people of our church to share their faith with their friends, family, neighbors and coworkers. We are also committed to send, support, and pray for workers who will take the Gospel to the unreached peoples of the world.5. Life-Impact Worship: The aim of every worship service will be to glorify God and to transform lives. To this end, our worship will be characterized by… A warm, loving atmosphere where people feel the love of Christ in our midst, Creativity, freshness, and authenticity that will inspire people to celebrate God and grow in their relationship with Him. Clear expositional and life-related preaching of God's Word. 6. Every Member Is a Minister: We are committed to help every member of our church understand how God has uniquely shaped them for ministry and to help and encourage them to find their place of ministry in the church.7. Intentional Discipleship: We believe that wherever a person is spiritually, he or she is not done with their walk yet. For each of us, there is a "next step" to take. Our church is about helping people take that next step. From the beginning first steps in Christ to Christ-like spiritual maturity, we are committed to a deliberate process of helping people grow in their relationship with Christ.8. Youth Ministry: Recognizing that at least three quarters of people who respond to Christ do so before the age of eighteen, we are committed to impacting the next generation for Christ. We do this by offering a range of life-changing children's ministries—AWANA, KIDS Church, Sunday School, EDGE (Youth Ministry). Each of these ministries offers a loving, fun and exciting atmosphere where kids love to attend. Our goal is to come along side parents and assist them in leading their children to saving faith in Christ and to nurture them to maturity.
